OpenUTAU crashing whenever i install a voicebank

Title says it all, The software crashes when i install it, its a .zip file. the only other post with this issue seemed to fix itself.

Which operating system are you using?
Can you provide a log file from the crash? There's a menu option in OpenUtau to open the log folder, and you can share the log file from the last time you tried to install a voicebank.
