Oremo recording issue

Crown

Momo's Minion
Hello! I just started using Oremo for the first time, and was able to record the vowels just fine, but for some reason, whenever I record the consonants, they are cut (or rather, the recording starts) when a vowel is heard. So, for example, when I record ka, you can't hear the k at all. I'm not sure how this happened, like I said, it's my first time using the program. Any help would be highly appreciated :')

Try pressing the record key and waiting a second before you start singing.

Unfortunately, the problem still persists
I'll see what I can do to fix it, I'll update if I can find out what the issue is

Is it perhaps that you have some sort of effect on whatever mic you're using that might be affecting input? like, a background noise remover or some form of auto EQ?. Does it work as expected in another program like audacity?
