I spent the last month redoing my Utau cause her samples were too short, but originally I wasn't the one who oto'd her. So I don't know how to oto. I've tried with tutorials but keep messing up.
Can someone help me oto her??

I'd love to help but what do you need help with? Do you want someone to oto for you or do you want someone to walk you step by step how to do it. Also what kind of voicebank is she (I'm assuming she's japanese CV)

I wanted someone to oto for me, cause whenever I try I mess it up ;w;
Her voicebank is Japanese CV, I think? ;w;
not sure what classifies as that.
Her samples are romaji, not hiragana.

CV refers to the recording style. If it's CV than what you have are "ba","be","ya",etc.
On a different note, I'll oto it for you.
Also, do you want hirigana aliases?
