Oto.ini file is not in folder yet it’s somewhere

I made otos for my voicebanks and they function as if they have them but the oto.ini files aren’t visible in their folders.

Where on your computer are the voicebanks located? Make sure it's not in Program Files, which has restrictions that prevent easily modifying files.
