Oto is failing me...?

I oto'ed about 1/3 of my voicebank (someday, my little potaru, you will be better!) and i played the most awkward note, "jo" and it sounded like J-j-oo-Oo ... is that supposed to happen? I followed the tutorial correctly

Open up the oto editor on UTAU. Double-click the sample you want to view (in this case, "jo"). Press the "PrintScrn" key on your keyboard. (It's probably near the F12 key.) Open up a picture editing program, then paste the image. Crop the image to just the waveform, then save it.
And you're done!

I already have the file, but how do you post it on the forums? the insert image button doesnt make sense

Upload the picture to someplace like Photobucket. Then copy the image URL and paste the URL between the

The oto's fine, but you definitely need to re-record that. Do the other samples look like that?

Not that I know of... I finshed my oto today, so I think that's the only one.
