Overseas Voicebanks Trouble??? [UTAU-Synth]

When ever I import a voicebank now (usaullly overseas) it doesn't sing when I press play. It shows a long loading screen like this. Most voicebanks like Neko Konichi work fine.

I still haven't got this fixed anybody???
