The VOGEN phonemizer is for using voicebanks made for the other Chinese synthesizer Vogen. There is no reclist.

I suggest adding the reclist links to the Phonemizer page on the official wiki.
Thank you! This would be incredibly helpful for OpenUTAU users who may not know this resource exists!

There are a few of these that could use corrections or addendums

-----

"X-Sampa EN: Any X-Sampa Reclist"

This is kind of correct, but it's not natively compatible with most X-Sampa lists, and usually needs setup via dictionary or laborious phoneme editing to work with anything other than its default format out of the box. By default, the phonemizer is meant for DELTA-Style voicebanks ( best known for being the format Teto English uses ), whereas other types will usually need adjustment, so it might be worth mentioning. Kiyoteru has a helpful translated guide on the DELTA-style lists here. The links the lists themselves were previously hosted on doesn't seem to work anymore, so I've reuploaded the Delta lists to my Drive here.

-----

"ES SYL: seems to be nJokis
ES VCCV: Aku-P's Spanish VCCV"

These two are incorrect.
[ES VCCV] is made mainly for nJokis, not Aku's VCCV.
[ES SYL] is based on Teren000's classic Spanish CVVC method, which can be found here.

I could be wrong, but I don't believe there's currently any phonemizer that natively support's Aku's 360 VCCV format.

"FR CVVC: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Gw5FbHW4_zQmdGjlTzK-DyCM0CNCvSKlRPayw1bU4Yw/edit?tab=t.0"

This is also incorrect - this phonemizer is for the Petit Mot and Gros Mot methods of French CVVC.

-----

"IT SYL: idk"

This one is based on Makkusan's Italian list, which can be found here.

-----

"KO CVC:"

The link you provided is down, and I also don't think it's correct, assuming it's a proprietary list. This phonemizer is made for Zetty CVC Korean, which can be found here.

-----

"VOGEN ZH: seems to be a private Reclist
ZH CVV: seems to be CVVChinese (https://utaujc.jimdofree.com/hr-j-cvvc/)
ZH CVVC: Any CVVC chinese reclist"

All of these are incorrect. [VOGEN ZH] is for an AI VSynth ( namely, VOGEN ) that can use OpenUtau as a front-end. i.e., it's not based on any reclist at all. Same goes for [VOGEN ZH-YUE]. They’re essentially like the ENUNU, DiffSinger, and VOICEVOX phonemizers.

[ZH CVV] is just for Chinese CV + optional vowel-vowel support. There's no one particular list for Chinese CV, as it is a very simple format. October and Syo's Chinese CV lists are among the more popular variants.

[ZH CVVC] is for CVVChinese, not [ZH CVV] ( “CVVChinese” is a play on words. That is, it’s “CVVC + Chinese”, not “CVV-Chinese”. ). It supports CVVChinese by default, though it can also hypothetically also support other Chinese CVVC-style formats too ( Such as VOICE-MiTH's proprietary format ) via presamp.ini settings.

"PT CVC: idk"

Are you referring to the PT-BR CVC Phonemizer? This phonemizer is based on the BRAPA format, which can be found here.
