Phrequency DROPS

SO basically, when i am editing the OTO.ini for my Vocals, i Keep seeing this annoying "U" in the Frequency

see when i play a sample WITH THAT "U" it makes a really unpleasent sound. i can fix that just be recording that sample again and make a new FRQ for it

but its just not that Sample alone, i found like 6 SAMPLES having that U, so i have to record again. (and the scary part of this is that i am not finish OTOing, so there can be MORE!!!!!!!!!)

and i tried deleteting the FRQ file of it, but when i make a new FRQ sample, the same "U" Appears ON THAT SPOT AGAIN!

i notice that not that many VBs that i download have this issue (well the GOOD ones dont have it, Thats for sure)

i also want to know that does anybody have this issue? and is there a way that can fix this? maybe change some settings or something?

(btw this is my first post ; w ; but i have been on this website for a while, i just didnt post anything or said anything since i didnt have my UTAU ready yet :U)

KiiDOS made a tutorial about fixing bad .frqs: here. The example actually shows "^"s, but I think it's really easy to understand overall ^^.
