Pitch control not working (found the problem!)

I downloaded a UST for Magnet Freedom and for some reason I can't change the pitch. Like, my female UTAUloid sounds like a guy. I've tried fiddling with the g+/- pitch thing in Note Default and moving all the notes up a few octaves but she still sounds like a dude.
Also, the volume sounds really low and when I try to change that it doesn't work either. :-_-:

EDIT: I think I may have found the solution!
Ctrl+A to select all
Right click>Region Property
Click 'Details' at the bottom
Double click on any grey in the boxes (i.e. Flags)
That should get rid of that and make the sound normal

Try clearing your cache.

Go to note properties or whatever you call it, then hit clear cache or something like that.
