pittrace not working????

pittrace gives me an error(accsess violence) when i open it via utau, if i go open it myself, there is nothing wrong.

A list of what I did​

-Change directory of utau
-Decimal Change
-Try to re-install utau(failed)
-Re-install the plugin
-EVERYTHING IN THE FORUM
-Installing DirectX(already installed)
-Installing Visual C+++
