Plugis wont show up in UTAU

I am relativly new to utau, but i know my way around fairly well and i am creating an utau....
I have recently downloaded a plugin for utau, it was hanakago to be exact, and it wont show up when i go "Tool> plugins" in utau. Yes the plugin is in the "plugins folder". i have hit the re-laod button multiple times and stut utau down and pulled it up again, but that doesn't work eather.... i don't know why this maybe hapining.... everything in in the correct folders, i all ready checked...

The plugins folder must be named in all lowercase and pluralised, so:
"plugins"

That's the only thing I can think of that could be causing this.

I'm not sure but I've heard of some plugins that won't appear unless you're in the proper (most likely Japanese) locale. Might that be the cause?

I'm having the same issue. My Diphonizer works/shows up just fine, but the Hanakago file won't.

The folder is called "plugins" and my locale is set to Japanese.

Oh! Nevermind. My folders didn't get set up properly. I thought they had.

yes, my folder is named plugins and the local is in japanese..... might this happen because of the way i extracted the files.....

i don't know what happened....
when i gointo the plugins folder there is a nother folder that says Sc_349357
and when i open/ click that it has a "hanakago" folder and a 説明書 text document.

is that right or did i do something wrong....?

You have to have the Hanakago in the Plugin's folder directly, it cannot be within the Sc_349357 folder.
