Alright, so I will convert the ppsf of ユーレイーの心 to multiple USTs for those who use of UTAU, USTx/VSQx for those who uses Open UTAU, V4x, DeepVocal and Piapro NT. This said, their will be lots of Self covers including an Utaite Cover. Might also be an svp too.
Also here's a Quick chart of compatibility for each vocal synths since some of them don't advertise it.
Piapro NT: ppsf, VSQ and VSQx
UTAU: UST
Open UTAU: UST, USTx and VSQx
V4x: VSQ and VSQx
DeepVocal: dv, VSQx
SynthV: svp and UST (I am not sure if Synth V is compatible with VSQx and USTx)
Finally when porting sequence files
UST to VSQ generally goes smoothly.
VSQx to USTx doesn't even require you to have internet(Just open UTAU)
VSQx to dv doesn't require internet access(Just DeepVocal)
UST to svp doesn't require internet access (Just SynthV)
So it seems that UST and VSQx are the most widely accessible Sequence Files
