No matter what I do, this keeps showing
I am a real newbie to UTAU, this been happening for months actually and I cannot resolve
Computer settings and time, dots and commas, are ALL in Japanese settings
tried activating and deactivating render settings
and resulted on nothing
i really need help with this

Did you leave utau installed in program files? Make sure to move the entire utau folder to somewhere else, like documents.
