Removing the tone suffix for OpenUtau

is there a way to edit the tone suffix just like in the old UTAU software (suffix broker) to remove the tone suffix in all of the lyrics in batches, cause its very time-consuming to manually edit every note.

Batch Edits > Lyrics > Remove Tone Suffix should work. It's in the top bar in the track editing window.

I did try that, but unfortunately there was no difference when I used that tool

That's odd. If you did select the notes and it's not working, I'd advise reporting it to the devs on either GitHub or Discord.
In the meantime, if you have IroIro, maybe try using Partial Lyric Deletion? You'll probably have to input all the suffixes manually if you're not using the voicebank the UST was made for, but it should work.
