Resampeler issues?!

So um,
I tried lots of USTs and lots of Voicebanks, but this issue keeps occuring.

Resampler (the one that comes with UTAU) Doesnt play certain sounds or completely nothing other then little squeeks.
With the rest like TIPS or BHK01 it plays the sounds, but strangely enough, off key.

does anyone know how i can fix all this?
Please help me, it kinda frustrates me ight now.

Could you provide us a sample of the squeeks, and off-key sounds that resampler.exe plays? Also, was it the same for every voicebank you've used?

It was the same for a lot of voicebanks i use.
But overseas utaus and romaji utaus don't seem to be affected at all.

Are the overseas UTAUloids do you have come without an oto?
If yes, then the problem is that your computer settings do not match with UTAU.
Go to Control Panel -> Region and Language. Click "Customize" and set the float symbol to a point. Apply it. This is better as it lets you to use different resamplers instead of that crummy DLL.

I'm currently unable to listen to your sample but there's a chance we could be having the same problem. I have not attempted to solved my resampler problem yet, but for me TIPS still works relatively fast and is on-key. My only peeve is that I can't edit PMK files to fix some shaky samples.

Anyway, I'm no expert in resamplers/plugins so my advice is to try to Restart+Redownload.

I have got the same problem. I can only use resampler.dll. Fresamp and resampler.exe doesn't make any sound at all or make some weird sqeaks. For example while playing "kore wa kawaii ojou san" I can hear " oo ee aa " in very high pitches. TIPS makes just some weird sounds. I don't know what to do. Could anyone help? Please...

change your locale to japanese
uninstall utau
download new copy of utau
install that

My locale was already japaneese but I tried once again changing it to my language and back to japaneese. I did as you said hoping that it would help but unfortunately nothing changed. Still resampler.exe works just with CV, and while working with VCV I can hear weird sounds.

The effects with fresamp are similar to these from resamper.exe
I really don't know what to do. I've tested Teto CV and VCV, Ritsu VCV, Defoko. Nothing is right.
