whats those things supposed to be? i dont hear any differences with those. (wavtool,resampler,freesamp,etca). is it important??

resampler/wavtool? whats that

Those are the processing engines of UTAU. The resampler reads the note, finds the corresponding file in the voicebank, and changes the pitch. The wavtool will take all the individual notes and strings them together.
