Ritsu Namine romaji VB?

I'm looking for Ritsu Namine's CV voicebank in romaji. Normal is fine. I actually spent about an hour manually translating all the notes, but I just can't get the oto.ini right :/ So if anyone was willing to help out with the oto.ini or if anyone has a link to his CV voicebank, please tell me! *flails*

Why don't you just take the original bank, and set romaji for the aliases? That way you can keep the oto the same

Hate to sound like an idiot, but what exactly are aliases? Nobody ever actually told me.
