All I can think of:
- Why Do I - Set It Off ft. Hatsune Miku
- Paranoid Android - Radiohead ft. Macintalk Fred <- one of the first high-profile songs to ever use a vocal synth, all the way back in 1997! This is my absolute favourite song of all time, by the way.
