Posting forum entries in this format isn't really helpful for the community to help you.
"Soundcloud is blocking me for no reason.... help...." doesn't give us any context to what you're referring to, other than it has to do with SoundCloud.
This is not meant to bash you, be disrespectful etc, but I've seen a lot of the threads you've posted asking for help, and they're all done in this manner. It makes it a bit frustrating to have to ask "please describe the issue" every time.

I had this issue yesterday, and I solved it by clicking the upload button instead of trying to drag-and-drop my cover into Soundcloud.
I don't know
why it happened, or why that solved it, but it appeared to work for me.
In the future, when you are looking for help, it's a really big help to the community if you describe your issue (to the best of your ability) in your initial post, so we can more efficiently assist you.
