Im trying to add the suffix 'カ' to teto's rikimi voice but she won't sing?

Have you written the original lyrics in CV hiragana?
Are you using the correct suffix? These characters are very similar: カ力
Make sure you're using the correct one, and copy+paste it from the oto.ini to be safe.
