Teto english voice not working

Hallo everyone, im totally new to utau, and i tried to make an english voiceline with a teto kasane vb i just found on google, but it didn't workt as i expected
I made sure the voice bank was in english, but i most syllabe dont work and those who do work doesnt sound like english at all, it would be helpfull to have some ressources or tutorial for english voice bank and how the syllabe work with them, i really dont know where to start ;-;

I would highly recommend using OpenUtau as a beginner. After selecting Teto's voicebank, click the part that says DEFAULT and change the phonemizer to English X-SAMPA. Then you'll be able to type plain English words as lyrics.

Hi, what is open utau ? is it different software from utau itself ?
