teto whisper vb not working

I've downloaded teto's main vb and am trying to download her whisper vb. I know u can drag and drop so I did that with both vbs but idk how the whisper vb works. like I think the two vbs combine together or something so there might be some sort of like switch or something.

You will need to apply the whisper suffix.

Classic UTAU
Edit the lyrics on a note and add 囁 to the end. To edit multiple notes at once, you can use Tools > Built in tools > Suffix broker.

OpenUtau
Set up a voice color for convenient editing. Open Tools > Singer, then Edit subbanks, then create a new voice color for whisper. Make sure to select all pitches and set 囁 as a suffix. Once you save all the settings, you can change a note from default to whisper using the CLR (voice color) expression.
