Okay, so, just an FYI, I use Windows 8.1 through VirtualWare on my Mac. Not sure if this has anything to do with anything.
But when I redownloaded TIPS on this new setup (after having run UTAU perfectly fine on Windows 8 before), it refused to work for any bank except my own. I realized a little later that my bank is the only one I possess that already has PMK files in it, so it'll work with TIPS fine, but if a bank doesn't have any PMK files, TIPS simply won't render them for me.
I've tried redownloading, & downgrading UTAU. I'm the admin on Windows, etc. etc. but does anyone have any input to why TIPS isn't working properly?
