Drag Teto's archive into the OpenUtau window, or use install singer. What's the actual issue you're having, can you describe what you've tried and what the result was?

If you don't already have her moved to the Linux Files folder on your device (I use ChromeOS which is Linux, I'm not sure if you have to do that with other distros if you're using something other than ChromeOS), go ahead and do that, then in Open Utau, press Tools, then Install Singer. It will give you a popup showing everything in your Linux Files. Click on Teto's voicebank, then press the Open button in the bottom right corner, and it should start downloading. I have her on my outdated Chromebook, and that's what I did. If you don't know how to use her voicebank, press Select Singer on the track you want, then Classic, and click on her voicebank. Hope this helps!

Also, if you're trying to figure out how to download the voicebank itself, go to kasaneteto.jp/utau/, press OpenUTAU (bunch of Japanese I don't understand), then OpenUTAU (more Japanese I don't understand) DOWNLOAD, then do the steps I said before.
