UST makes UTAU crash

I download the Rolling Girl UST from here: 【実谷ナナ(UTAU)】ローリンガール【カバー】【UST配布中】 ‐ ニコニコ動画:GINZA
When I try to import it into UTAU it makes UTAU crash. I've tried renaming it and I even tried importing it into Vocaloid (both renamed and not renamed), but it even makes vocaloid crash.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

I just downloaded it and opened the first UST in UTAU, no problems. Maybe your download was interrupted or in another way interfered with?
