UST Octave issue?

Okay, so I got a UST that was off-key, but whenever I select all of the notes and drag, it only drags the one note (the one that I clicked) down. Usually, I was able to change the octave until now... I don't know what I did wrong, or maybe I just overlooked or forgot to do something.. Can someone help, please?  :blink:

At the bottom of the UTAU window, in the right-hand corner, there's a box of sorts.  It's right under the scroll bar and is part of the border.  It usually has an "M" in it.  Click on it if it doesn't, and the M will appear.  This'll fix it.
