UST/UATU Help

Hello~ I have some Utau problems D:
I have a nicely OTOed Utau (Thanks to a friend) that will not sing some notes in a song.
Now, at first I thought it was a "too fast" problem, but at the end of the song "Donut Hole", 目を見開いた (Me (w)o mihiraita) , the "wo" will not play. It says it fails to generate a wav file. YET, elsewhere wo plays just fine :T Im so confused. SO its sounds like "Me (R) Mihiraita."

Also, What does the little exclamation mark above certain sounds mean?
This was not on the "wo" so I dont know what it could mean. Baaaah Thanks guys :D

PS~ This is not just for Donut Hole, this is for any song, just any random character. (Ive tested this on 4 other songs, where wo played but others occasionally did not.)

Im glad im not alone xD sorry that we both have this problem. But I am learning up, so I will reply to help you ^^

The "!" above a note means there's a problem with the note's envelopes! If you have the new version of UTAU, double clicking on it should fix it, or you might prefer to do it manually. (right click -> Envelope)

Like this! Just move the points around until it looks okay.
