UTAU voicebanks won't work in Cadencii?

I have no idea where to post this.
So, I decided to use Cadencii and I put Noke's V3 NORMAL beta voicebank into the program. USTs load up great. I'm using one for Finder. When I try to play the notes, I get no sound. What's happening?

EDIT: I found a problem: When I try to create the Connect.ini, no file appears in my voicebank. I don't know why.
