Its not quite a "link exchange" but its a similar concept.

I went ahead and made a classic "webring" functionality to UTAU.me.

For those of you who are not from the 90s, early 2000s a webring is a collection of websites linked together in a circular structure, and usually organized around a specific theme.

Pretty simple, you sign up, add the code to your webpage, when I see you have added the code you will be approved and will become part of the ring, and will be listed on the main "hub" page on UTAU.me

Be sure to use proper descriptions with your site. Sites that are submitted that don't have a proper description, or do not embed the code may not be listed, or may be removed from the webring.
