UTAU won't generate frq file

Hi, my UTAU keeps not generating an frq file, I've tried initializing it but it hasn't done anything. help??

Ok, so, i'm a bit silly, it's actually putting the frequency at 0 hz from what i'm seeing?? how do I fix that instead ^^'

Are you sure that's what it's doing? What happens when you play one of these sounds? Also, is there anything unusual about the recordings?
