VSQ4 into vocaloid 3?

I want to use a vsq file for vocaloid 4 in vocaloid 3. how do i convert the vsq4 into a vzq that will work for vocaloid 3?
here is the vsq i want to use

The Vocaloid 3 editor should be able to read Vocaloid 4's VSQx format. The most recent version of the V3 editor can be downloaded here, in case you didn't update yours back then.
