What do you think Ritsu's EVE voicebank will be for?

Some say that it will be a Korean voicebank (since he likes Korea). I tested it out on I=Delusion: https://soundcloud.com/kim-audrey-n-tan/namine-ritsu-eve-i-delusion (How do you guy emb these things? It doesn't work for me yet I see some of you guys be able do it D

The voicebank is CV with VCV-like samples along with independent ending consonants (which I used). I'm not sure if I used it correctly, so I just left it as if its a CV voicebank since the aliases were so confusing.

So does it sound like it's a Korean voicebank? For Korean speakers, does he have the accent or at least legible?

The eve voicebank is a cvvc voicebank. This type was originally designed for english voicebanks but now there are japanese types. That is what eve is. I really like it so far, i'm thinking of recording a cvvc for my utau as well

CVVC Japanese isn't exactly new, and seeing it get popular /only/ because of Ritsu would be kinda stupid.

Maybe I'm just hearing things because I want the theory to be true, but when I compare Eve's demo to this SeeU cover, the pronunciation does sound kind of similar. (I have to go by their pronunciation in Japanese songs because I have absolutely no idea how Korean is supposed to sound ;

It's just CV VC JP. It's quicker to record and oto than VCV, but maintains the more natural consonant transitions than come from recording more than one syllable.

eg, "- a/a n/na/a t/ta/a n/no/o k/ko/o t/to/o g/ga"

Also, Adlez, that's exactly what happened with VCV, so I would expect some small jump in CV VC's popularity in this situation also. I don't really see how it's stupid, per se.
