This is a problem... I tried downloading Tei Sukone's VB, but it wasn't there. Her whisper append was there, but not the original. Does anyone have another link to it?

Hmmm, yeah, the link on the Wiki is down.

Scroll down and try downloading either the 3.0 Beta or 1.1. I think they're CV.
