What is This Symbol and How Can I Make it Work With My VCV UTAU?

The .ust file I'm using has a bunch of symbols exactly like this, what are they and if I can, how can I get them to work with my VCV UTAU?

That is a breath note, it's probably a breath in or out, it's labeled like that or "br", If you recorded your utau with breaths you can replace the note with that breath.

It can vary, I suggest using "息" or "br" since its mostly used for breaths and use many varieties like "br 1, br 2 or 息1,息2" so that whoever uses it can see what works best for their UST.
