Why wont Freesamp work for me?

My samples are saved in Wav PCM 44100hz mono 16bit and my computer is set in japanese locale.
Bhk01 works, TIPS works,
but W4W and Freesamp and all the others doesn't work.
Any help?

OHHH NVM.
For anyone who needs help on this, get Wavtool2.
it lets it play for freesamp only tho.
I have no clue on how to play w4w or anything else, it wont make a sound.
