worldline render isn't working. it doesn't exist in the index but I didn't delete it

I have chrome os therefore the c++ redistribution won't work for this situation. also chrome os doesn't have a program file folder so I have no idea where else to put the resamplers

am I gonna have to delete and reinstall openutau or does that not work either? though I don't really want to because it already took so long for me to figure out how to install it in the first place
