i don't know why this happened, i've installed japanese for my keyboard but the hiragana doesn't appear unless you click on the box. the voice bank also doesn't work (i use the default one). i downloaded a ust for a song cover but should i do something about the red exclamation mark ? i tried looking for a solution for these problems online but i couldn't make up a conclusion that solves my problem im so lost ':

You may need to delete and reinstall utau. You can follow this setup guide for your system settings, and make sure to leave the settings alone after they've been fixed. You may encounter issues if you try to change settings again and still use classic UTAU.
