Why aren't my plugins working?

Hewo!

Long story short, today i started working with UTAU, yet i had it for like a month.

i've made a voicebank, abd everything works fine.

Yet, when i try to download a plugin, they don't want to work, and their names are mostly written in weird letters, that even dont make words (for example ÄĶ ŰĒÏ but even more cursed).

Also an info, that i choose Polish language at the start.

is there something that could help?
