i used 7mora so your samples look like

I second this suggestion. It comes with a base OTO as well, so you won't need to fiddle around with generators.

I think that this is great cuz doesn't have unnecessary extras but however I can say that ヴぁ、ヴぃ、ヴぇ、ヴぉandヴ are very unnecessary for basic Japanese, this sounds aren't "native" Japanese sounds (I have used UTAU 3.5 years and to be honest, I had needed this sounds only few times, mainly in Engrish songs). ヴ are easily replaced with B sounds (ばびぶべぼ), that's why Japanese says "rabu" instead "ravu" when they say "love".
