Help! Meiji won't sing!!

I've tried everything I can think of, appending, changing the UST and even multiple other things, redownloading both UTAU and meiji but not a thing works. I downloaded hunter, lilith, and fairy separately... fantasy was too confusing XDD. I had my locale set to JP before I downloaded UTAU and her, but I can't seem to get her to make sound even using a VCV UST. I'm on windows 8 using IME and I don't know what else to do. Can someone PLEASE help me figure it out? She loads right onto the VCV UST but she won't make a single peep..... I'm totally confused as every single other VCV UTAUloid I have and use doesn't have this problem . It's legitimately only Meiji

I don't really know much about Meiji's voicebanks, but I'm assuming those are like different "appends" ? The lyrics may need to have suffixes added.

They don't have any suffixes to the notes whatsoever. They're standalone Append banks, just like KAI KIM power and Ryone Yami YUME
