How to use utau that has multiple modes

Sorry if maybe I'm not using the right terms here
By modes, I mean weak, whisper, strong etc.
Usually when I use UTAU, UTAU mixes those and causes it to be mixed and choppy
When I delete the unneeded, UTAU will start doing glitch voices
On the other side, how to use the special modes?

I'm using sekiga yuuma
The oto.ini is empty
I don't really have a ust, I've just been testing
