New UTAU focused site! It's an UTAU catalog which allows you to search by different many different criteria (range, voice type, appearance, TOS, etc). Keep in mind that it's in Japanese- however, it's not that hard to navigate imo and google translate will get the job done.

To search for UTAU, click "検索"; to make a page, click "登録". You'll have to login with a Twitter account to create any pages.
