i can't watch the video because google drive says it's still processing, but have you fit the ust to the voicebank you're using?

It looks like you haven't applied any pitchbends to your UST. Click on the "Mode2" button in the top bar. If no pitchbends appear, select all notes, right click, go to Pitch, then enable the Portamento checkbox.

You should also probably uncheck "use resampler.dll"

it sounds like it might be an oto issue. if none of the other things in this thread work, can you send a picture of how "o わ" is otoed?
