Arpasing Assistant not working?

i put it in the plugin folder and it isnt showing up in utau itself >.> am i doing something wrong? ive tried troubleshooting a little and nothing has worked so far. thanks for any help!

Check to make sure the folder structure looks like this:

UTAU
    plugins
        arpasing-assistant
            arpasing-assistant.exe
            plugin.txt

You might have accidentally deleted some files, or nested them in too many folders.
