Im currently working on a line of utaus called "the shiroine project" I'm working on downloading the software but I don't know how to change the locale
Pls help

Locale settings are only a concern for those using classic UTAU on Windows. If you're using UTAU-Synth or OpenUtau you don't need to worry about it.
