I'm making a Vocal Synthesizer like Vocaloid and SynthV, Any tips?

I want their to be Standard (recording samples and synthesizing them) And also AI banks, I want to use UTAU resources, so I think I might need a bit of resources. PLS help, I'm making the whole thing myself, so I need good info.

(wanting to help out Is ok too, thought I don't recomend It since I have no money)
