    Practice trying to keep a steady hand that's able to make accurate shapes! It can do wonders for how your lines will look later. There's always tutorials or even fellow artists who're eager to help out lesser experienced artists! Don't isolate yourself from artist communities, embrace them! Try and see what kind of art you like and which artists have a style that you wish to pursue and talk to them/study their work!

    That feeling is totally normal(I'm not particularly good either). However, practice will get you further. You can only learn. I recomend doing observational studies. This will help you warm up so you can work to somewhere you are happier or satisfied.
