    Assuming your question is all encompassing; You just have to write and release music using Vocaloid or an Utau as the primary vocal in the song(s). There's not much more to it than that. If you're new to music production, then you'll need to learn how to use a myriad of programs for music...

    BowlRoll, MEGA, and Google Drive are your best bets. I'd steer away from Mediafire, as some of the ads are full-screen pop-ups that contain viruses.

    TRYING TO MAKE A UST OUT OF IT!

    I suggest using Musescore (Free). It's a music notation software that can export in MIDI. You'll have to manually write out the notes, which can be tricky if you can't read sheet music.
