Assuming your question is all encompassing;

You just have to write and release music using Vocaloid or an Utau as the primary vocal in the song(s).

There's not much more to it than that.

If you're new to music production, then you'll need to learn how to use a myriad of programs for music production.
DAWs=Digital Audio Workstation are software(s) that are specifically designed with music production in mind.

A common choice for that is FLStudio, as it contains many different loops, instruments, and MIDI capabilities out of the box, and it has a "free unlimited trial".

Learn some music theory (optional, but it makes life way easier) + audio engineering + how to use a digital audio workstation like FL Studio.

Music production is really not as easy as it looks, but there's plenty of resources on it. My big advice is you learn to play piano or guitar, since that lets you get a grip on chord progressions- you don't have to, though, if you'd rather just play around digitally. If you don't have any instruments in your house, then you can check to see if your library has any synths/keyboards available to rent. In the Resources section of the forum there's a list of free music production classes from universities and the like.

Unless you're Thom Yorke, your first song is probably going to suck, and that's completely fine. Everyone has to start somewhere- you have to make Mild Un Leise before you make Idioteque. I will find a way to sneak Radiohead into any thread, don't even try to stop me.

Also, welcome to the forum!
