Would it work with moresampler? I know it'd be choppy, but how choppy? Will it even oto correctly? Has anyone done it before, if so, what were the results If anyone knows anything about this I'd like to know! EDIT: I just realized I posted this in the wrong thread

Uhm, not to be rude but, (C)V, means only vowels can be standalone, so no ending consonants. Also, I have no Idea what almost any of that means ack EDIT: I guess cvvc was the wrong term? like vcv but like cvvc? idk im dumb

I made a conlang, It's name is mioki and I want to make a reclist for it (CVVC), How would I go around doing this?

I'm going to be honest, it sounds horrible, but that is to be expected with recording it on a phone before you try to get it otoed I'd say record it again on your laptop or desktop or mac, even if it's an embedded mic it'll sound much better than the phone recording

This tests the oto of your voicebank (chopped off consonants and ending silence/noise) It also tests the quality and consistency of your samples (If it's too high compared to the rest/loud) Recommended for this reclist (As there will be notes that you don't have samples of, also the consonants...

I'd say it's pretty decent at it's best, but I'd recommend VCCV as more people use VCCV to make usts. I do also believe arpasing can have some mispronounced word, however, I'm not sure. EDIT: also VCCV is very fluent at its best (Merisdae is a good example of this)

CVVC could be a good option, but I heard it can be choppier than vcv and most usts are in vcv (both not very big problems especially the vcv ust one, as I believe there is a plugin) I also cannot commission an oto, I'm just gonna say that discord could ban me if someone reported me for my age...

vcv scares me, a lot and I know it shouldn't but, it just does (I'm not confident with oto in cv so vcv would make me hurt) . So I was thinking, why not record all of them separately? Going by what I know about vcv (not alot so this is probably wrong) there would only need to be 205 recordings...

I used CZ's cv preset oto from this i never changed the consonant for any of it, also i wouldn't exactly say 'choppy' it's more like...off? (I am aware his tsu is not good) here is the test. it sounds very choppy which is probably a result of cv and his eh oto (even though his oto is way better than what it used to be) this is my 5th utau cover.
